SeyBites – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SeyBites website, mobile app, and services. By accessing or using SeyBites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SeyBites.


2. Definitions


  • “Platform” – SeyBites website, mobile app, and services.

  • “User” / “Customer” – anyone placing an order.

  • “Restaurant Partner” – food vendors using SeyBites to sell meals.

  • “Delivery Partner” – drivers delivering food orders.


3. Use of Platform
  • You must be at least 18 years old or use the service with parental consent.

  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration and checkout.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.


4. Orders & Payments
  • Orders placed through SeyBites are binding once confirmed by the restaurant.

  • Payment can be made by cash on delivery, card, or other available methods.

  • SeyBites acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurants. The restaurant is responsible for meal preparation and quality.


5. Delivery
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant capacity.

  • SeyBites is not liable for delays beyond its control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order.


6. Refunds & Cancellations
  • Cancellations are allowed only before the restaurant accepts the order.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.

  • If food quality is unsatisfactory, disputes should be raised directly with the restaurant; SeyBites may assist but is not responsible for food quality.


7. Restaurant & Delivery Partner Responsibilities
  • Restaurants are responsible for food preparation, safety, and accuracy of menu listings.

  • Delivery partners are responsible for timely and safe delivery.

  • SeyBites does not cook, package, or inspect the food.


8. Limitation of Liability
  • SeyBites is not liable for:

    • Food quality, safety, or allergen information.

    • Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure.

    • Indirect damages such as lost profits.

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of your last order.


9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on SeyBites are owned by SeyBites or its licensors. You may not use them without permission.


10. Termination

SeyBites may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Misuse the platform.

  • Commit fraud.

  • Violate these Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.
