Welcome to Sey Bites. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The Platform

Sey Bites is an online food ordering platform that connects customers with restaurants across Seychelles. We facilitate orders but are not responsible for the preparation, quality, or delivery of food items — that responsibility lies with the individual restaurants.

2. User Accounts

To place orders or register a restaurant, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@seybites.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Restaurant Listings

Restaurants on Sey Bites are independent businesses. By subscribing to the platform, restaurants agree to maintain accurate menu information, pricing, and availability. Sey Bites reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders placed through Sey Bites are binding once confirmed. Customers agree to pay the price shown at checkout. Restaurants agree to fulfil confirmed orders in a timely manner. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the individual restaurant's policy.

5. Subscriptions

Restaurant subscriptions are charged in advance for the selected period. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly enabled. There are no refunds for unused subscription periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Sey Bites to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content. You may not attempt to disrupt the platform, circumvent security measures, or harvest user data. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sey Bites platform — including logos, design, and software — is the property of Sey Bites and its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sey Bites is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the prior month.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
